Relax at Villa Havula, surrounded by beautiful nature
Villa Havula is a wooden house built in 1948, located in Ranua, Southern Lapland. It is ideally situated just 1.8 km from the famous Ranua Wildlife Park, making it a perfect base for your Arctic adventures.
The property carries a unique history; in 1953, it became home to a local watchmaking business. The shop specialized in selling and servicing watches, as well as offering jewelry and decorative items. It also served as a regional dealer for Philips radios and televisions.
Later, the house served as a private residence. Between 2016 and 2017, it was completely renovated for guests, with a full high-quality overhaul from the ceilings down to the floors. We offer simple daily pricing, where the number of guests does not affect the total cost.
